Our pricing structure is built on clarity and ease for your family. We operate on a commission basis of 35–50% of the total revenue, ensuring our goals are aligned with yours. Unlike other services, we never charge extra fees for preparation, property staging, or marketing—these essential steps are always included in our percentage. We also provide a complete post-sale clean-out at no additional cost, with the only exception being the removal of exceptionally heavy items like pianos or large machinery. Several factors determine where your specific commission falls within that 30–50% range:1. Inventory Value Collections featuring fine jewelry, rare antiques, or high-end vehicles often qualify for a lower percentage, whereas general household items may require the standard rate.2. Condition into consideration - the amount of organization needed plays a role. Homes that are exceptionally organized require less labor than those with significant accumulation or clutter.3. Labor and Staffing the number of specialists needed to research, price, manage, and secure the property during the event will influence the final rate.4.
